MARK BOYLE PHOTOGRAPHY - IMAGES OF AUSTRALIA • Studied Fine Art Photography at Photography Studies College, Melbourne between 1983 and 1986. • Worked full time as a commercial photographer 1988 to 1999. • Awarded the AIPP Landscape Photographer of the Year - 1994. • Achieved 'Master Photographer' status in the Australian Institute of Professional Photography in 1995. • I now devote my time with photography to my own work. "Landscape photography has always been my greatest passion. From my earliest beginnings in photography, the landscape has been my creative focus. I guess this is a natural extension of my love of the environment and my fascination with this truly amazing part of the world in which I live. My approach to landscape photography is very straightforward. Simple yet strong designs, with an emphasis on form, balance and symmetry are the foundations of my work. The importance of colour is hopefully self-evident and with landscape I only ever work in colour.
