A.Weil
Born in the south-western part of Germany, Angela Weil studied Social Science in Heidelberg and Boston, lived and worked in Chicago and Baton Rouge, LA. and was involved in drawing, painting, photography as well as graphic design since 1978, taking advantage of everything the different locations had to offer. Making pictures consist of the combination of analog or digital capture. Nothing is manipulated beyond what anyone would do in a traditional darkroom: adjust color, tonality, crop to the desired frame, darken or lighten a little and that’s it. Today, she lives and works in Heidelberg, Germany.
