Statement: About this photograph: A fishing boat with a man on it framed within a great space formed by nature. An image taken opposite the beach at Pals, near Girona. Only in the original photograph, enlarged to nearly 50 x 60 cms. can we make out the main motif. Perhaps this is a re Reflection on the relativity of the large and the small. *All of the prints in the series THE ELEMENTS were made by the photographer himself in his laboratory, on Chlorobromide, Silver Gelatin protected by immersion in Selenium.
