Statement: About this photograph: The lime tree is the guardian and the magical protector of my little house in the country. It is the photograph that has been most published and most sold from this collection. I prefer not say any more in order not to spoil the static serenity of its posture. *All of the prints in the series THE ELEMENTS were made by the photographer himself in his laboratory, on Chlorobromide, Silver Gelatin protected by immersion in Selenium.
