STATEMENT

The settings i build for my pictures often deal with visions of a world where the usual references and safeties are no longer valid, or have simply disappeared and with the way the remaining human beings deal with this new situation. Or at least how they try to make some kind of sense of something that has disrupted their lives and shaken their beliefs. Nostalgia for a past that seemed more secure and predictable. Deserted places in which humans don´t go anymore. Interrupted journeys. Interrupted roads Breakdown of physical and mental infrastructures.
